Add your domain when you activate STWmail, and later connect other accounts to see all your emails in one unified inbox. Setup is straightforward, with built-in guidance and a migration tool for importing existing mail. If you need help, our support team in Oslo is available during working hours.

Mailboxes are protected by advanced spam and malware filtering, while two-factor authentication stops unauthorised access even if a password is compromised. All connections use TLS, and for stricter security requirements you can add OX Guard for end-to-end encryption and email signing, with support for your own PGP keys.
Your privacy goes further. There are no ads or behavioral tracking, and your email content isn’t scanned for advertising.

How many mailboxes can I create?
You can add as many mailboxes as you need. Each Included mailbox has 300 MB for email and attachments.
Individual mailboxes can be upgraded for more storage and email-client access, or to add document editing and collaboration tools.
How is STWmail different from free services such as Gmail or Outlook.com?
STWmail gives you professional email addresses on your own domain, rather than addresses ending in gmail.com or outlook.com. It has no advertising or behavioral tracking, and your email content is not scanned for advertising.
It is based on the open-standards Open-Xchange platform and backed by ServeTheWorld support in Oslo.

How can I use STWmail across devices?
Our webmail works in modern browsers on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android. It can also be installed as a Progressive Web App (PWA).
With Plus or Pro mailboxes, STW Mail keeps email, contacts and calendars synchronized across devices through IMAP, CalDAV and CardDAV, with SMTP for sending messages. You can use desktop and mobile clients such as Outlook, Apple Mail and Thunderbird to stay connected wherever you work.
Can I add multiple inboxes or migrate existing email?
Yes. With Plus or Pro mailboxes, you can connect other IMAP accounts and view multiple inboxes in one place.

How does STWmail protect my email?
STWmail uses AI-powered filters and premium antivirus software to block spam, phishing, viruses and malware. TLS encryption is standard.
For additional protection, OX Guard can be added to Plus and Pro mailboxes. It provides end-to-end encryption for email and attachments, plus digital signing using PGP keys.
What uptime guarantee does it provide?

STWmail supports aliases and forwarding, as well as distribution lists for sending email to a group of recipients.
Shared mailboxes are not offered as part of our current STWmail configuration. If you are planning a larger deployment and need this feature, contact us so we can review your requirements and confirm whether activation is possible.
Can I use STWmail while hosting my website elsewhere?
