Each dedicated server is built to order from our own stock and goes through functional checks and a burn-in stress test before delivery. Standard configurations are typically ready within one to two business days, but multiple or large orders may extend delivery times.

We guarantee delivery within two business days for all build-to-order AMD Ryzen 9000 Series and AMD EPYC 7000 Series configurations. Some already-racked configurations may be delivered sooner. If we miss the two-business-day deadline, your first month is free.

Standard configurations are typically ready within one to two business days after payment and verification. High-end and custom configurations may take longer to assemble, test and provision.
Which operating systems and control panels can you install?
What bandwidth and traffic are included, and what happens if I exceed it?
Each server includes a 1 Gbit/s network port (in and out) and 50 TB traffic per month at no extra cost. You can upgrade to 10 Gbit/s in / 4 Gbit/s out or 25 Gbit/s in / 5 Gbit/s out, and add 100, 200 or 300 TB fixed-price outbound traffic packs (100 TB: 700 NOK/month, 200 TB: 1,400 NOK/month, 300 TB: 2,100 NOK/month). Any usage above your total outbound quota is billed at a flat 10 NOK per TB, so extra bandwidth costs stay predictable.

How are dedicated servers billed, and what payment methods do you accept?
Dedicated servers are billed on a recurring basis, with monthly, quarterly, or annual billing options available. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and selected digital currencies.
Payment is due once you have received your server login details. If you have specific billing, payment, or procurement requirements, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the arrangements in advance.
What SLA and uptime do you offer for dedicated servers?
Our dedicated servers are covered by a 99.99% availability SLA for power and network. If we fail to meet this commitment, you receive one day of free hosting for every hour of qualifying downtime.
