Your server is built to your selected configuration from our own stock, then put through functional checks and a burn-in stress test before delivery. Standard configurations are typically ready within one to two business days, but multiple or large orders may require additional time.
2-Business-Day Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery within two business days for all build-to-order AMD Ryzen 9000 Series and AMD EPYC 7000 Series configurations. Some already-racked configurations may be delivered sooner. If we miss the two-business-day deadline, your first month is free.
1-Month Commitment
Your commitment period follows your chosen billing cycle. If you need to stay flexible, choose monthly billing and you’re only committed for one month at a time.

When should I choose a dedicated server instead of a VPS or cloud VM?
Choose a dedicated server when you need exclusive access to physical hardware, consistent performance under sustained workloads, or the flexibility to run multiple VMs and services on a single system.
Unlike a VPS or cloud VM, a dedicated server is not shared with other customers, giving you full control over the server’s resources, configuration, and operating environment. It’s also a strong choice for workloads with specific hardware, networking, or compliance requirements.
What access and management features are included?
Every dedicated server includes access to our web-based management panel, giving you full control over essential server operations. You can monitor network traffic, manage IP addresses, reboot or power-cycle your server, reinstall the operating system using a template or your own ISO, wipe disks, and access recovery and BMC reset options.
You also have full administrative access to the server — root access on Linux and Administrator access on Windows.
If you use Proxmox VE, you’ll also have access to the Proxmox web interface for managing virtual machines, containers, firewalls, snapshots, and backups.
How long does it take to provision a dedicated server?
Our most popular standard configurations can usually be delivered the same business day, as they are already set up and ready in our racks. Place your order early in the day, and we’ll do our best to have your server ready the same day.
Which operating systems and control panels are available?
Choose from AlmaLinux, Ubuntu, Debian, Windows Server Datacenter, or Proxmox VE when configuring your server. Need something else? We can also boot from your own ISO image on request.
For server management, Plesk is available by default, with cPanel available on request.
What bandwidth and traffic are included?
Each server includes a 1 Gbit/s network connection and 50 TB of monthly traffic at no extra cost. You can choose 10 or 25 Gbit/s and additional traffic when configuring your server, or upgrade later as your needs grow. Current pricing is shown in the server configuration form.
How many IP addresses are included, and can I order more?
When do I pay, and what payment methods do you accept?
Dedicated servers can be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and digital currencies.
Payment is made after your server has been provisioned and you have received your login details.
What SLA applies to dedicated servers?
Our dedicated servers are covered by a 99.99% availability SLA for power, network, and hardware. If we fail to meet the SLA, you’ll receive one day of free hosting for each hour of qualifying downtime. Full terms and definitions are available in our Dedicated Server SLA.
What support is included with a dedicated server?
We take care of the infrastructure, network and hardware, including data centre operations, power, cooling and physical security. You have full control of the operating system and software installed on the server, while our technical team is available to assist with hardware issues and basic troubleshooting. For ongoing system administration or more complex changes, we can provide Remote Hands services on request.
Can I try a dedicated server for free?
