Two Straightforward Plans — Built to Fit

We bring Open-Xchange’s Cloud App Suite in the form of two clear plans — tailored to help you get more from your inbox without overcomplicating your decision.

  • The Mail Plan, for users who need a modern inbox with Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, MobileSync, and a smart, dashboard-style portal.
  • The Productivity Plan, for those who also want file storage, document editing, advanced scheduling features, and team collaboration tools.

You can explore the fully featured service during the 60-day free trial, then decide whether to continue with all features, or start smaller and upgrade your plan when you need it.

Each plan starts with one mailbox, and you can add more — up to 30 for Mail Plan and 50 for Productivity Plan, with simple, linear pricing per box. 

Each additional mailbox includes its own storage: 5 GB (Mail Plan) or 50 GB (Productivity Plan), giving a notable advantage over Gmail’s default 15 GB quota.

We deliberately left mailbox counts unbundled to keep the entry point low and give you full control over your setup.

If your organisation is managing larger teams or edge cases not covered by the standard options, we’re happy to hear from you — especially if you’re managing a few dozen inboxes and need something more tailored.

Your trial includes:

There’s no automatic billing at the end of the trial.  We keep your setup available for a while after the trial, so you have time to decide whether to continue — nothing is deleted right away.

To add, the AI Assistant is designed to help you write, reply to, and summarise emails faster — while striking the right tone, whether formal or more relaxed. It can be switched off if you prefer, but the trial is a good opportunity to try it yourself and discover a more flexible, efficient way to manage communication. Many find it becomes a natural, time-saving part of their day.

Setup and Migration

Whether you’re starting fresh or moving from another service, setup is straightforward.
The built-in Migration Assistant (powered by Audriga) can move your emails, contacts, calendar events, and tasks — typically within 10 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your mailbox size and your current provider’s export limits (for example, Gmail’s 2 GB/day cap).

If delays occur, the assistant resumes automatically.  Once started, you don’t need to keep your browser open — you’ll be notified when the migration is complete.
